Approach

An AI agent is a production system

Not an impressive demo that collapses on the first real customer. Our four-step method exists for one reason: shipping systems that are reliable, measured, and maintained over time.

Week 1

Audit

We review your processes with your team: which tasks repeat, how much time they cost, where errors happen. Every automation candidate is quantified — time saved, cost, complexity.

Weeks 2–3

Prototype

We build a first working agent or workflow on the process with the best impact-to-effort ratio, and test it on your real cases — your actual emails, calls and data.

Weeks 4–8

Deployment

The prototype becomes a production system: integrations with your tools, guardrails (human escalation, scope limits, logging), end-to-end testing and training for your team.

Follow-through

A production agent needs supervision: we monitor conversations, measure results against the goals set at audit time, and keep improving the agent as your business evolves.

Commitments

Four non-negotiable principles

Humans stay in charge

Every agent has an explicit scope and hands over to your team the moment it steps outside it — with full context. No improvising in front of a customer.

Your data stays yours

Conversations are not used to train third-party models. We document where every piece of data travels, where it is stored, and who can access it.

Measured, or it doesn’t count

Every deployment starts from a quantified goal set during the audit. If the numbers aren’t there, fixing it is on us — that is what the monthly follow-through is for.

You own everything

Workflows, prompts, integrations: everything we build belongs to you and is documented. No opaque dependency on your vendor.

Next step

It starts with the audit

A 30-minute call to understand your business, then a one-week audit to quantify what automation can save you.
